Prior to joining Phoenix Legal Services, Gill worked as a solicitor for a large international firm and has extensive legal and project management experience.

Gill’s focus is on improving processes and building on the high-quality service provided to the firm’s clients, working closely with the team to ensure service levels and client expectations are exceeded. Gill also oversees the HR, Admin and Finance teams.
