Since 13th July 2020 providers can now claim up to 4 POA in a 12 month period (an increase from 2).

The mandatory transition to the LAA assessing claims which previously required Court Assessed BIlls has been set as 17th August 2020. From this date all claims must be submitted to the LAA for assessment. If previously submitted bills have not yet been assessed or processed by the Court they may be returned to be submitted for assessment by the LAA.
